Method

   Warm butter, honey and sugar until melted; cool to lukewarm and whisk in eggs, soda and flour.

   Divide into 8, roll thin circles and bake each at 180°C for 6–8 minutes; cool and trim.

3. 3

   Mix sour cream and icing sugar, spread between layers and over cake; coat with crushed trimmings and chill overnight.
